Order Process
Please message me through discord (sayo.ki) or email me ([email protected]) for inquiries and orders! I'll always be communicating, and I expect customers to do the same.

Boundaries.

Unfortunately I don't have the skills to draw furry, complicated animals, or mechs. I'll learn soon!

Payment.

Pay upfront for orders below $50 USD before I start. Orders above that can be paid 50/50.Refund Policy
Customer can ask for a refund during the sketching phase, or when work has not been completed within agreed upon deadline. No refunds when the commission is finished.Additional Fees
Backgrounds and additional characters are not included in prices, and the amount depends on the type of commission. There is a +150% fee for Commercial Merchandising use. (see more below)

Work Process.

Smaller commissions take me 2 weeks max. Bigger projects take me 2 months max.Updates
Updates come every few days and when finishing a phase. If the customer wants an update at any point, then they should reach out. You can track the progress of commissions on my trello.

Rights.

Personal Use (included)
Creation of digital or physical (ie. print) end products for personal enjoyment. Creation and distribution of non-competing digital end products shared to non-commercial and non-monetized social and content platform accounts belonging to the Licensee. Crediting the artist is required for all public uses unless otherwise stated.Commercial: Content (included)
Creation and distribution of digital end products shared to commercial and monetized social and content platform accounts belonging to the Licensee. Creation and distribution of digital and physical content to promote the re-selling of value-add digital or physical end products created by the Licensee.
